Qigong is sometimes referred to as a “moving meditation” due to its profound calming effects on the mind. It can be practiced seated or standing to accommodate any physical condition.

Qigong facilitates a subtle awareness of energy. It focuses on the intention of directing ones attention on an area of the body while executing the technique. Uniting the mental activities with breath and bodily movements creates a balanced mind-body practice.
