After she ended her dance training, she missed the physicality and movement of dance and eventually found Launch Awareness Fitness Studio through friends. After her first Aerial Yoga class she was hooked! She began to take all of the classes that Launch Awareness offered and fell in love with yoga and the studio. It was in Mexico City that I experienced my first yoga class. Since then I fell in love with the beautiful practice, and the way it made me feel. I found myself through yoga! In 2014 I decided to study, and trained at Core Bodyworks to deepen my practice, learn and acquire my RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. It became not only a part of my life, but the primary focus. I am lucky to get to do what I love, and share this beautiful practice with the world. I am also a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, a Health Coach and a Reiki Master. My belief is that everyone can benefit from a daily yoga practice; incorporating; body awareness, balance, strength and flexibility, pranayama, and meditation, all of which are incorporated in my classes.
