Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga, and more!

We have lots of new classes that will be added in the coming weeks – Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga on the Mat, and of course, AntiGravity Aerial Yoga.  Also, remember that our website ALWAYS has a current schedule.  Our Pilates workshop is full Saturday – WOW!  If you are interested in Tai Chi, then don’t miss our FREE 1-hour class Feburary 4th from 1-2.  Sign up online, it is filling up fast!  Also, Kim Saunders is back with more Yoga Nidra, ahhhhh.  This time she brings a Valentine’s Day twist – chocolate and roses!  How does it get any better that this???  Click on “Schedule” and then “Workshops” for more details.  We have added new yoga classes and attendance is growing.  For all of our AntiGravity Yoga students – we have added advanced classes Wednesday and Saturday morning.  You must have attended at least 10 AGY classes and be comfortable with all the basic grips, wraps and traps to attend.  The pace is MUCH faster than a beginner or open level class.
