We have added two workshops to our January schedule.
Join Lisa Healy for a Pilates workshop, January 25th from 2-4 PM. Session is multi-level and all experience levels are welcome. Lisa combines Joseph Pilates’s revolutionary techniques with modern exercise physiology and current research to optimize your results. Use of bands, exercise balls, tennis balls, and foam rollers challenges your core and releases trigger points via self massage for a rejuvenating workout without building bulky muscles. Your investment is $35, if paid by January 15th or $40 after.
Gabrielle is back on January 31st at 7:00 PM for Moonlight Yoga. This is a very popular class and will be a mixture of traditional yoga poses and restorative poses providing a deeply nurturing practice to the light of moon. All levels are welcomed to this 1 1/2 hour class. Space is limited, so sign up early. $25/person
