AcroYoga combines elements of Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. We will begin by focusing on learning fundamentals of partner and acro yoga. Using these practices, students will cultivate grounding, balance, strength and lots of fun!
Each week the class will include a short yoga asana practice to help warm up, followed by partner and group AcroYoga postures, and ending with a short cool down/relaxation.
By the end of the 4 weeks, we will combine our new moves into one fluid routine!
