Just in time for summer! Megan’s Six-Week Boot Camp will begin April 14th. The class will meet on Monday and Thursday at 6:00 AM for one hour. The cost will be $120 for the whole series. It’s cardio based. You will work out at different stations that will be set up in our studio (and maybe even outside). An example may be squats at one station, TRX suspension trainer at another station, lunges at another station, etc. You will stay at one station for a certain number of minutes and then a short rest and on to the next station. Boot camp is a full body workout with no more than 3 lb. weights used. We rely on body weight for functional training. Space is limited. Sign up online. Fitness shoes, water and towel will be needed for this class.
