Learn more about the “Ground floor” of your “core”. Join Candice March 8th from 1 – 4 PM.
“A healthy pelvic floor requires going beyond Kegels. Proper work of strengthening and stabilizing the pelvic floor helps to create the correct foundation of each movement in the body. Learn simple exercises that you can incorporate into your daily life that will produce a strong, supple, and balanced pelvic floor that is able to support pelvic and abdominal organs, prevent leaking, and allow for enjoyable sex. ” It is a basic tool to avoid loss of energy from this important area. A strong pelvic floor helps keep the pelvic and abdominal organs healthy as we age. The workshop will consist of lecture on pelvic floor anatomy and its functions, as well as Yoga, aerial yoga and foam roller practice with focus on the pelvic floor. The workshop cost is $75 and we are offering an early bird discount of $10 off if preregistered by February 21st. Space is limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot.
